COVID-19 POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

We have added some additional protections to ensure compliance with local health guidelines while ensuring a safe, and friendly environment at Show Palace Dinner Theatre.

  • By visiting or attending a performance at Show Palace Dinner Theatre you agree to assume all risks associated with COVID-19 and other infectious and/or communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses, as well as agree to all other terms and rules set forth at www.showpalacedinnertheatre.com/covid-ticket-waiver In connection with attendance, you agree to follow all applicable federal, state, county, city and Show Palace Dinner Theatre directives in connection with, and in order to reduce the risk or spread of disease or sickness.

  • Patrons experiencing the following symptoms should not attend the theatre for a period of 14 days AFTER not experiencing any signs or symptoms of illness. These symptoms include but are not limited to:

    • Fever or chills

    • Cough

    • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

    • Fatigue, headache, muscle or body aches

    • Cold Symptoms including,Sore throat Congestion or runny nose New loss of taste or smell 

    • Nausea or vomiting, Diarrhea

 

  • We are temporarily allowing exchanges/postponements without penalty up until the day of show. If at any time during this pandemic, you feel ill, unwilling to venture out for any reason whatsoever, let us know and we will reschedule you to another date and time. 
     

  • We will be strongly adhering to Pasco County Indoor Face-Covering/Mask requirements. Patrons will be required to wear a mask, when entering and exiting, visiting the buffet, or moving about the theatre for any other reason, including restrooms. If you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask, we respectfully ask you to visit us after the pandemic has ended. Face shields and scarves that are less restrictive are also acceptable forms of face coverings.
     

  • Non-invasive, non-touch temperature checks may be required to enter. There will be no admittance for any employee or patron with a temperature over 100 Degrees Fahrenheit.
     

  • Our staff will be plating your buffet choices from behind a shield. We will be calling up smaller groups to the buffet to ensure 6’ of social distancing between you and other parties.
     

  • Not all tables will be filled. We will be allowing patrons to occupy every other table and patrons will not be sat with outside parties. Some tables will not be available online. We reserve the right to move any ticketed customer to an alternate location to ensure social distancing.
     

  • There will be increase hand-sanitizing stations throughout the theatre, and every table top and surface will be sanitized immediately after performances and again immediately prior to performances.
